1. General Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event hosted by Beyond Pass ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all buyers, attendees, and visitors of our events.

2. Ticket Purchase, Validity & Refunds

  • Validity: All tickets are issued in the form of unique digital QR codes. Each QR code is valid for one-time admission only and will be checked at the entrance.
  • Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered tickets to the rescheduled date or a full refund at our discretion.
  • Transferability: Tickets can be transferred to friends or sold at face value. Re-selling tickets above face value for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

3. Admission & Safety

We reserve the right of admission to all events. Entry may be refused (and ticket fees forfeited) in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to present a valid QR code ticket.
  • Behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or harmful to staff or other attendees.
  • Underage entry for events with age restrictions. Please bring a valid government-issued ID.

4. Media Consent: Filming & Photography

By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The event venue is a public/semi-public setting where professional photography, video filming, and audio recordings will take place.
  • You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your voice, image, likeness, and appearance in any photographs, broadcasts, and video recordings captured at the event.
  • These media materials may be used in our future marketing, promotional campaigns, social media channels, websites, and advertisements without any compensation or prior approval rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Pass, its venue partners, and staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property sustained at our events, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence. Attendees enter and participate in the event entirely at their own risk.
